Caught by boats fishing the South West Approaches and hand-selected by our coastal team at Brixham Market, this squid was landed at the peak of the season and expertly prepared by our skilled filleters. To preserve its exceptional quality and freshness beyond the fishing season, each squid was cleaned, gutted and frozen shortly after landing.

Sold as a previously frozen product, the squid arrives whole and ready to defrost, stuff, or slice into calamari rings. A wonderfully versatile seafood, it's quick and easy to cook – whether grilled, sautéed, or dipped in batter and deep-fried for crispy calamari. With its delicate flavour and tender texture, it's a fantastic addition to a wide range of dishes.
